AsiaSoft provides free warranty for Simba accounting software to be supplied to your company for 12 months from installation date.

Warranty contents:

• Give advice and support the user input data, inquire and view reports
• Support the user check and collate data if there is any defect
• Troubleshoot program error, if any
• Update latest circulars and decisions of the Ministry of Finance.

Warranty method: 
Upon receiving a customer's notification, AsiaSoft will provide warranty in any of following methods:

• ­­­­Provide users with instructions on how to fix the program via the telephone, Fax, or email within 02 hours after receiving the notice.
• Provide warranty via remote access software: Teamviewer

During the use of the software, we are pleased to answer any question raised by the customers via our hotline number or remote access software. Customers will also be provided with support materials via the website www.simba.vn
